Lamb's Lettuce and Potato Salad with Pumpkin Oil and Seeds
salt and pepper
apple cider vinegar
Wash lamb's lettuce. Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook.
When potatoes have cooled down, place the dill and potatoes in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, add apple vinegar and pour plenty of pumpkin oil.
Add pumpkin seeds on the top of the salad.
